There are two websites you should use to find current, authorised legislation relevant to Victoria and Australia. These are the Federal Register of Legislation (Acts in Force) and Victoria Law Today.
On these sites you will find numerous versions of each act. Current acts are 'Acts in force' or 'In force - latest version'. Note that all acts will also have a number and the year passed.
- Federal Register of LegislationThe most complete and up-to-date collection of Commonwealth legislation, including notices from the Commonwealth Government Notices Gazette from 1 October 2012.
- Victorian LegislationUse the Victorian Legislation to locate the following acts:
