ASK La Trobe at Bundoora and Bendigo
The Help Zones are located in the Library at Bundoora and Bendigo campuses.
Use the virtual queue (QLess) to access the service you want. Join the queue from your phone or the web, and wait anywhere on campus by:
texting the relevant keyword (Melbourne student, Melbourne library, Melbourne IT or Melbourne collect; or Bendigo student, Bendigo library or Bendigo IT) to 0448 790 980. QLess details can be found here
you will receive an SMS with an estimated wait time
the next SMS will alert you to return to the Library when nearing the front of the queue, and the final SMS will direct you to your service point
at Bundoora you can collect student ID cards from the Help Zone. During Orientation week, and week one of semester, cards may be collected from the Thomas Cherry building.
Develop the confidence to ask questions and seek help. The University won't chase you if you don't submit an assessment or miss a class, so if you need assistance, seek help early and often!
Librarians and Peer Learning Advisors provide assessment help and are located in the Library, ask the Concierge for directions.
The Learning Hub, including the Maths Hub and Chemistry Hub, operate during semester. For more information, Learning Hub times on each campus and Learning Hub materials, see The Learning Hub LMS site. All students can self-enrol.
