Information overload?
Don't let information overload run your life.
Choose what you need and want ( easier said than done in the first few weeks of uni.)
Consider turning off your facebook notifications for two days per week.
Consider turning off your mobile!
Avoid multi tasking- do one thing at a time- aim for focus and flow rather than trying to do everything at once.
How much information is too much?
