The article will be scanned and sent to your email.

Request a hold button (not always available) if not, contact the Inquiries Desk in person or phone 03 9479 2922 . The book will be available in 24-48 hours. Collect from the Hold Shelf in Reserve
Another Campus
Request a hold the book will be available in 48 hours. You will receive an email to collect it from the Hold Shelf in Reserve.
Storage
Request a hold, and, depending on the time you request the book, it will usually be available on the same day. Pick up times are 11.00, 3.00 & 5.00, from the Inquiries Desk.
Storage Special
Vulnerable & rare books are usually only available to read in the Special Collections Reading Room. To access these items contact the Inquiries Desk in person or by phone 9479 2922. For more information see the Special Collections LibGuide

Where to get that book
Sadly we do not have everything, much as we would like to. However, there are ways to get most titles.
Bonus +
Look up the title of the book in our catalogue and, if we do not have it, or it is out on loan select the
button. If it is available at one of the group of libraries participating the book will be sent to our library and you will collect it from the Hold Shelf in Reserve. The time taken for the book to arrive varies considerably. It is a good service if you are not needing the book urgently.
Interlibrary Loan
If the book is not available via the Bonus+ system you can fill out a request form for the book to be sent here from any library in Australia. Log into our Document Delivery service using your university username and password, you will receive an email to let you know when the book has arrived for collection from the Inquiries desk. You do not need to worry about where the book is coming from or if it is available in Australia - just put in your request and Document Delivery staff will let you know if there is a problem.
CAVAL Card
This card entitles you borrow books from any Victorian University Library, but they do not send the books you need to go to the library.
Order the book for the library
If the book is not available in Australia contact your Librarian and ask if it can be ordered for our collection. Urgent takes 3 weeks and Priority orders take about 6 weeks. Fill out the request form
