A Tale of Two Citations (ICLR)

This short video features two barristers. One of them is serenely competent and well-prepared with the proper law reports to support her case, and the other is rather less well-organised, chaotically downloading and printing transcripts from the internet, much to the judges irritation.

    New Resources

    New: High Court Judgments Database

This database provides a searchable collection of High Court judgments from 2000 to the present. Judgments are published on the day they are delivered and are provided in both pdf and rtf format.

These Judgments, along with pre-2000 decisions are also available on the BarNet Jade and AustLII websites.

Further information about each case, including the parties' written submissions, transcript of the hearing and judgment summaries, are available from the High Court website at cases heard.
