Data is important to any research project, and it can come in many forms and formats. Data makes up the essential ingredients of any research project.  

Data needs to be managed very carefully from the beginning of a research project, with consideration of policy, ethical conduct, and storage.

  OPAL (Open @ La Trobe) is the institutional repository for La Trobe University. In OPAL you will find published research from LTU staff, data sets and unpublished papers, open education resources, theses from Graduate Researchers, and cultural heritage material from LTU collections.

• Digital research Drop In  
  Information about the drop-in sessions where you can join other researchers and digital data experts online who can offer advice on issues related to code, data or digital tools, in a social environment.

  The Online Research Notebook can be used by an individual researcher or research team to manage, store and link digital research data, including any type of file.

  A tool that is a recommended way to securely share files with internal and external collaborators.
