General tips
Something not working? Here are the very basics:
- Login via the library using your student number or staff username, e.g. 12345678 (not your email). Do not try to access via an ‘institutional login’ link.
- Check you are accessing La Trobe online resources – ez.library.latrobe.edu.au should be in the URL and the database will have Access by La Trobe University Library somewhere on the page. Please ask for help if you are asked to pay.
- Change the browser OR try connecting via VPN.
- Clear the cache and cookies (see link below)
- Close the browser and restart your computer.
- Turn on Javascript.
- Go direct from the database homepage.
- Reset your password (even if your login is working on other sites).
