IMPORTANT

Your library login and password may expire even if you can login elsewhere. You will need to reset your password. If you’re still having issues, please shut your browser, clear your cache, and try again.

Library Resources login

You may see it:

  • Clicking on a link in library search e.g.: Full text available at Springer Books or View online
  • Clicking on View Online in Reading Lists
  • Clicking on a Database name e.g. Informit Complete

Everything before the @ eg c3charles or 12345678

This will NOT have any . or spaces

  • Microsoft applications
  • LMS
  • Reading list

Those who have both student and staff accounts may see this error message if already signed in to one account via Single Sign-On through Active Directory and trying to sign in with the other:

Either use the same account to sign in or try a different browser, sign out of Microsoft applications, LMS etc.
